You're rather provincial. Somehow, that doesn't surprise me. *smirk*

[Oh, and this wasn't what I expected to see after a "Oh what the hell".]

When did you do the whole New England thing? It's one of those things I'd love to do sometime...

"The whole New England thing"

Never all at once, just over time. I was born and live in Massachusetts, and grew up 15-20 minutes from Nashua, NH (as well as other trips all over NH, like to see the Old Man in the Mountain when I was much younger). We did a lot of family vacations in Maine, and had famliy living in Connecticut that we visited ever so often. I visited Vermont for a half-day or so when driving up to Montreal and Quebec City with Nicole for our honeymoon, and have done a couple of day trips to Providence and other areas in Rhode Island (including going to what turned out to be a nasty little club in downtown Providence).

Never really went intentionally, just sorta accumulated the visits over time. I also didn't include places I'd driven through, as I viewed that as cheating (which is why I didn't claim Maryland and Delaware, as I've driven down to DC at least twice).
